Unlocking  the Spine  
"You have to go down to go up..............." (further exploration of this principle)
The focus of this session will be surrendering the base of the posture into the ground whilst feeling and sensing how
the breath can release our core, the spine. We need to be able to rest in the poses to allow yoga to reveal itself to us.

Shanti Rasa Yoga with Lai Morris
This series of workshops will introduce the serious student of Yoga to some basic principles
of  Vanda Scaravelli's Yoga.
Dog Pose
"there is a division in the center of our back, where the spine moves simultaneously in two
opposite directions............"
Exploring effective elongation of the spine to create more space,  taking pressure off the discs and freeing the nerves.
