This series of workshops Principles of Movement based on the Yoga
of Vanda Scaravelli will introduce the serious student of Yoga to some
basic principles of Vanda Scaravelli's Yoga.
workshops are held monthly in different areas

Cost: $120
Through her own exploration Vanda realised something so simple that it is
almost impossible to grasp - the force of gravity is the very thing that
supports us upright, and that when we are balanced the wave of the
exhale elongates the spine.
Questions like "what do I need to do to get into this pose?" simply dissolve
as the principles become clearer. The question changes to "What do I
need to undo?"

I will be at InSync in Canberra again in February and I'm excited and
looking forward to sharing and exploring further insights into Vanda
Scaravelli's approach to yoga with you.
I also work with Tom Myers understanding of the myofascial meridiens,
integrating understanding of the myfascial connections throughout the
body with yoga and conscious movement. We will also have time to do
some nice integrative and fun stuff.
I work with you as much as possible individually and use hands on
assistance based on what I observe in your body, this intuitive attention
can assist you to experience a new freedom in your body, posture and
range of movement.
