Lai Morris
has been practising yoga for over 17 years and teaching for 8. She
is co-founder of the Namaste Yoga Studio
in the Southern Highlands of NSW.
Lai has studied yoga and meditation in Australia, the United Kingdom and most
recently in India. She is a student of the work of Vanda Scaravelli and Diane Long
and her teaching style is clear and detailed. She is qualified and experienced in
several forms of bodywork with many years experience as a Bowen Therapist and
also as an NLP practitioner. Her approach to yoga is gentle and intuitive,
encouraging gradual opening and more freedom.
Lai is also a regular contributor, writing on Yoga and Meditation, to Wellbeing
Magazine in Australia.
