There is a certain inner glow, that in Ayurveda is called "ojas", which comes from vibrant health and
wellbeing and occurs when diet, digestion, mental and emotional states are in harmony. Its a
delicate balancing act often between time out for ourselves and the demands of a busy life. In these
beautiful nurturing surrounds you can rejuvenate your body and spirit with yoga, revitalising
therapies, time out and delicious healthy food.

The retreat programme is based around twice daily yoga and meditation sessions which include ,
Scaravelli Yoga , yoga dance, core strengthening, pranayama (breath work) and relaxation.
All sessions are optional, you can do as little or as much as you want........with plenty of time to
explore, go to the beach, or have a relaxing massage.
Dairy, sugar, wheat and gluten free diets can be catered for upon request.
