Inspired by the yoga of Vanda Scaravelli and Diane Long who emphasized the use of the breath to undo tension in
the body and to allow the natural elongation of the spine, my approach to yoga places an emphasis on the quality of
your movement above the achievement of postures.
These movement principles help to create a framework for the discovery of joyful, light movement which will enhance
your yoga practice and encourage your heart to open naturally. You will find yourself moving with more fluidity and
balance with a deeper connection to core strength.
I work with you as much as possible individually and use hands-on assistance based on what I observe in your body.
This intuitive attention assists you to experience a new freedom in your body, improved posture and range of
movement.
